Ramin Rezaei was born in 1982 in Tehran, Iran. Ramin's father, Reza Rezaei, is one of the most outstanding Iranian book translators and chess players, his mother is a psychologist. He's the only child of the family.
The first acquaintance of Ramin with classical music goes back to when his father was often listening to it while working at home. Ramin began his formal piano studies at the age of 16 and played his debut at the age of 19 by a long recital repertoire. His teachers in Tehran included Fereydoun Nassehi, and Tamara Dolidze (from Georgia). He performed several recitals in well known concert halls in Tehran. In 2005 he was accepted to study music performance in faculty of music at Lahti university of applied sciences in Finland where he studied piano under the guidance of Rauno Jussila and graduated as a soloist in spring 2010.
From 2010 to 2013 Ramin studied music pedagogy in the above-mentioned faculty, while he did further studies in piano at Lahti Conservatory. Meanwhile from 2011 to 2013 he studied Specialization in piano performance with Raija Kerppo in the institute of music and drama at Lahti university of applied sciences. In spring 2013 Ramin graduated as a piano teacher, and accomplished his master's level piano recital. He has attended masterclasses in Finland, Hungary and Italy.
Ramin has taught at several schools in Finland. From September 2016 to May 2021, he taught piano at Lahti Music Institute and Lahti Conservatory. Since August 2021, he has been working as a piano teacher and accompanist at South Ostrobothnia Music Institute. Ramin Rezaei is a concert pianist and has performed in Finland, Iran, Italy, and Argentina as soloist, chamber musician, lied pianist as well as theatre musician.

Ramin Rezaei on syntynyt vuonna 1982 Teheranissa, Iranissa, missä hän opiskeli pianonsoittoa opettajinaan Fereydoun Nassehi ja Tamara Dolidze. Syksyllä 2005 hän aloitti opintonsa Lahden ammattikorkeakoulun musiikki- ja draamainstituutissa Rauno Jussilan johdolla ja valmistui pianistiksi keväällä 2010. Vuosina 2010-2013 Ramin opiskeli musiikkipedagogiksi, sekä jatkoi pianonsoiton opintonsa Lahden Konservatorion ammatillisessa lisäkoulutuksessa. Vuosina 2011-2013 hän suoritti pianonsoiton erikoistumisopintoja Lahden musiikki- ja draamainstituutissa opettajanaan Raija Kerppo. Vuoden 2013 keväällä Ramin valmistui pianonsoitonopettajaksi, sekä suoritti solistisen pianon A-resitaalin. Hän on osallistunut mestarikursseihin Suomessa, Unkarissa sekä Italiassa. Ramin Rezaei on pitänyt aktiivisesti konsertteja solistina, kamarimuusikkona, Lied-pianistina sekä teatterimuusikkona merkittävissä tapahtumissa ja konserttisaleissa Iranissa, Italiassa, Argentiinassa sekä eri puolilla Suomea. Hän on opettanut erilaisissa kouluissa Suomessa. Vuosina 2016-2021 hän työskenteli pianonsoiton opettajana Lahden musiikkiopiston ja Lahden konservatorion kouluopetuksen hankkeessa. Elokuusta 2021 alkaen hän on toiminut pianonsoiton päätoimisena tuntiopettajana ja säestäjänä Etelä-Pohjanmaan musiikkiopistossa.
